Birds Nest Cookies

MAKES 13 COOKIES
PREP: 20 MIN., CHILL: 2 HRS.,


  • 2 cups Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1/2 cup Dry Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 cups La Choy Chow Mein Noodles

MELT
Chocolate in a saucepan. Be very careful not to burn it. It's best if you put the
saucepan in another large pot full of boiling water. This way you will not burn it. When the
chocolate has melted, add the Dry Roasted Peanuts and the La Choy Chow Mein Noodles
and stir together carefully. You don't want to crush the noodles. When well mixed, using a
tablespoon scoop out and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Place in the
refrigerator and chill for two hours. Enjoy!!
